• From picking world-class van builders, the inside of the van is built with the highest standard in order to meet Australian regulations and food standards.
• Our serving area is made from food-grade stainless steel, which significantly helps when cleaning and removing all traces of bacteria, as opposed to sliding windows, which can create bacteria to be trapped and grow.
• We are proud of our truck and our staff training that we encourage on-the-spot health inspections, as we have nothing to hide.
• By law, we do not have to allow any unannounced inspections; we can simply pack and move on without any on-the-spot inspections.
• At Ice Cream Masters with award winning soft serve ice cream , we adhere to the motto ‘prevention is better than cure.’ Our ice cream machines are regularly serviced to avoid unwanted surprises.
• We use food-grade sanitizer as opposed to household brands; all handwashing basins are available to use along with paper towels and soap.

There is something extremely magical about an ice cream van—the humble ice cream van with its signature song evokes such powerful and fond memories. 

We love nothing more than when a customer shares their childhood story of grabbing an ice cream from the ‘Mr Whippy’ van; it validates why we do it.
